Booking Policy
All appointments are booked by phone. We encourage pre-booking to secure your preferred time. Last-minute appointments may not always be available.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for an appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event where 24 hours notice isn't given, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. All no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Payment will be required to re-book any future appointments. This cancellation policy does not apply to those who need to cancel due to illness.
Payment Methods
We accept debit, credit, and cash only. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
